Terms and Conditions

TF Multi-Trades offer a wide range of services.

Pricing policy
Labour charges for TF Multi-Trades start from £45.00 per hour/part hour for domestic, and £65.00 per hour/part hour for commercial. This price can be reduced when business hours exceed 4 hours. A reduction can be made where works are applied to multiple properties. All works carried out by TF Multi-Trades gas engineers are payable upon completion. Where works are invoiced, invoices are payable a maximum of 30 days.

Late payments
Late payments will incur a penalty charge, and all agreed prices will increase a further £10 for every day payment is due. Notice will be served on all late payments. All payments are payable a maximum of 30 days after invoice is posted. All post will be registered for tracking purposes. Anytime after 30 days, penalties will occur. Payment may be made by way of standing order on the 30^th day, of every month work has been carried out.

Certificates
Purge certificates, Tightness certificates, Tightness Testing certificates, Strength testing certificates, Decommissioning certificates & Commissioning certificates are available upon request at £120 a copy. This is not negotiable, and is charged additionally to labour charges.

TF Multi-Trades DO NOT Certify no works other than work carried out by TF Multi-Trades.

Materials
Materials must be sort before any job requiring them are carried out. Materials are your responsibility unless stated otherwise from TF Multi-Trades. Such decisions may be written and agreed from the proprietor for TF Multi-Trades. TF Multi-Trades will not be responsible for disposal of disregarded appliances as a result of decommission, and removal clients will always be referred to the local council to accommodate disregarded appliances i.e. Boiler, radiators, pipe work fittings, and the like.

Termination of Contract
TF Multi-Trades will welcome all jobs and oblige all clients who work within regulations and guidelines set out in the law. Any job or clients who do not wish to work within the regulation guideline, or framework will warrant TF Multi-Trades to terminate services and contracts. Late payments will also result in termination. Failure to honour regulations and payments can and will result in court action, and a liability of all costs.

Insurance
All works carried out by TF Multi-Trades are fully insured. TF Multi-Trades will only be liable for labour on works carried out, and will not be liable for the failure of materials, or parts. We strongly recommend on the failure of parts/appliances, action be taken up with the part/appliance manufacturer.

Data
All information held on your database concerning TF Multi-Trades shall not be sold, misused, or past on to third parties without written notice from TF Multi-Trades. Failure to comply shall result in court action. Permission shall be sought. All clients will be made aware of all data held about them in terms of Safety Certificates, and Landlord Certificates.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of all jobs, as costs will occur for travel expenses and losses.

All calls may be recorded for training purposes.
